when your teen learns the mend your mindet magic:

navigate life with confidence

Banish the imposter-syndrome from the teen comparison game.  By reducing stress and overwhelm, your teen will feel more grounded and confident.

bounce back quickly

Resiliency is something that is learned through practicing skills and navigating tough experiences.  Your teen will have new strategies to navigate life's ups and downs with ease.

have lifelong coping skills

The skills your teen learns now will set them up for success in every area of life.  It's much harder to learn this stuff as an adult - help your kid(s) establish habits that will serve them for a lifetime.

FAQ

WHERE ARE THE WEEKLY MEETINGS CONDUCTED?

All meetings happen virtually, so your teen can tune in from anywhere on a phone, tablet or computer.

WHAT WILL THE AVERAGE SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Each session will be half instruction, half discussion.  It's important to me that each teen in the group has space to feel heard, so we will talk through specifics as they feel comfortable.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE MONTH IS UP?

Your teen can choose to keep coming for the following month or say goodbye for awhile! Whatever best serves your teen.

WHEN WILL THE MEETINGS TAKE PLACE?

The current teen group takes place for an hour each week beginning on Monday, October 3rd at 7pm Pacific.

HOW LONG WILL MY TEEN HAVE ACCESS TO THE TOOLS?

All learning, tools and materials are for you and your teen to keep and revisit as often as you'd like.  These tools and strategies will be useful long after the group is complete.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

You can enroll your teen in the group at any time before the monthly group begins and their spot is reserved for the month.  If your teen can't make a meeting, it will not be canceled, but I will share the materials with them afterward.

I'm

Caroline

licensed therapist, teen counselor

As a mama myself, I know how much it can break your heart when your kids are unhappy.

It's natural to want to fix that for them, but the most important and powerful thing you can do for them, is to equip them with the tools they need to deal with stress and cope with all the messy emotions associated with teen life.

This probably isn't news to you, but your teen is most likely to follow-through with tools and strategies that are taught by someone that's a neutral party (like me!), which is why I created the Mend Your Mindset Group for teens.

Together, we will build resiliency, develop coping skills, and instill them with unshakable confidence in the face of all of life's ups and downs.
